We believe our society needs to get the most use out of our fabrics to avoid having it unnecessarily end up in landfills. At Upcycle Fabrics, we are passionate about innovative ways to upcycle fabrics and avoid contributing to more waste in landfills. We hope to inspire more creative ways to use unwanted excess fabrics.

I love watching shows that reuse fabric, wood, metal or anything to make amazing new stuff. I started a Masters in Humane Education and recently did a project where I looked deeper into sustainable fashion and how fabric that is already existing, can be upcycled into new designs. Starting to use only sustainable fabrics and locally sourced designers is what we need to be looking into but what about all the polyester, nylon and rayon that is out in the world now? That is where I wanted to make a difference and take any fabric that is no longer wanted and connect them with people who can do amazing new designs with them and get the most use out of the fabric as possible. That is my goal, to get as much use out of these textiles as possible, before they go to waste.
